During these three days, we will create a safe and loving space to soften tensions, listen to our inner world, and reconnect with our essence through gentle and profound practices. PROGRAM FRIDAY 31.7: Heart Opening A day dedicated to feeling, slowing down and creating inner space. 10:00 – 12:30 Opening Circle Shamanic Sound Healing Journey with Hypnosis Creative Art Practice 12:30 – 14:00 Shared Lunch & Walk 14:00 – 16:30 Teachings around Heart Intelligence Soft Yoga and Heart-Centered Practices Sharing & Closing Circle SATURDAY 1.8: Going Deeper We work more deeply with heart intelligence, expression and connection. 10:00 – 12:30 Walk & Opening Circle by the river Cacao Ceremony in nature 13:00 – 14:00 Lunch at a Vegetarian restaurant 14:00 – 16:30 Clay Workshop Sharing & Closing Circle SUNDAY 2.8: Grounding We bring the experience into the body and into matter. 11:00 – 14:00 Pilgrimage to Madonna del Sasso (please bring your own lunch) Group Meditation 14:00 – 17:00 Sound Healing Journey with Hypnosis Shared Heart-centered Practices Sharing & Closing Circle YOUR GUIDES Sofía – Transformational Mentor & Certified Sound Healer Altaire – Certified Hypnotherapist & Manifestation Coach Yanica – Artist & Creative Process Facilitator WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR This retreat is for you if: - you are going through a moment of change, opening or transition - you wish to reconnect with your heart and the heart of the Earth - you want to experience something intimate and authentic with other women, in a small group and safe environment - you feel it is time to listen to yourself more deeply, without needing to “do” or “prove” anything This retreat will be held in both English and Italian. We will gently move between the two languages so everyone can feel included and supported. Accomodation is not included. No previous experience in yoga, meditation, singing or creative practices is necessary. Your curiosity and openness are enough :) Early bird price: CHF 500.- until June 15 (limited spots available). ✨ It is also possible to participate in individual days for CHF 190.- per day. The retreat takes place over 3 independent daytime sessions, and it is also possible to attend individual days. Retreat participation - 1-day participation: CHF 190.- - Full retreat (3 days): CHF 555.– / 575.– / 595.– (conscious contribution options) Should you have any questions or issues while booking, please send us an email at info@moonlab-studio.ch or a WhatsApp message to +41 76 277 41 42. 🔁 Cancellation and changes policy - At the time of booking, full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your spot. - Up to 7 days before the start of the retreat: it is possible to transfer your booking to another available event or receive a credit to be used at a later agreed date. - Less than 7 days before the retreat: the fee is non-refundable. ⚠️ Emergencies and no-shows - In case of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
